Retailer Selects Sundance Square for Sophomore Store

In the Sack, a take-out and delivery service for groceries, ready-made meals and alcohol, leased a 6,600-square-foot space at downtown Fort Worth’s Sundance Square.

Situated at 415 Throckmorton St. in the easily identifiable Sanger Building, the location marks the retailer’s second store. In the Sack’s flagship store is located at 1700 Cedar Springs Rd. in Dallas.

Judy Nitzinger of Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors DFW represented the tenant in negotiations with landlord Sundance Plaza Properties, LLC. Sundance Square features more than 75 stores, restaurants, entertainment spots and hotels.
