Retail Solutions Negotiates Austin-Area Leases

Retail Solution’s Austin office recently negotiated the following leases:

Kim Phung Vietnamese Restaurant leased 4,650 square feet at Riverside Plaza, 2229 E. Riverside Dr. Phil Morris of Retail Solutions represented the landlord. Lezlie Tram Le of Retail Solutions represented the tenant.
Grabbagreen leased 1,733 square feet at Heritage Center, 6607 W. Adams Ave., Temple. Also at Heritage Center, Venice Nail & Spa leased 1,733 square feet. David Dinh of TLC Realty represented the tenant. Alex Reed of Retail Solutions represented the landlord in both negotiations.
Domino’s Pizza leased 1,600 square feet at Lone Star Center, 1910 W. Braker Lane. Fred Wendland of Retail Solutions represented the landlord. Drew Smith, also of Retail Solutions, represented the tenant.
Boost Mobile leased 1,000 square feet at East Seventh Street Plaza, 1923 E. 7th St. Joey Mendez of Retail Solutions represented the landlord. Jody Lockshin of Habitat Hunters Real Estate represented the tenant.
