Retail Solutions, ECR Negotiate Austin-Area Leases
- Cambridge Systematics Inc. leased 3,831 square feet of office space at Centennial Towers, 505 E. Huntland Dr. The landlord was represented by Jason Steinberg, Matt Levin, and Stephen Pannes with ECR, and the tenant was represented by Lexie Hall with Cushman & Wakefield.
- Domino’s Pizza leased 1,715 square feet at Balcones Woods Shopping Center, 11150 Research Blvd. Joey Mendez of Retail Solutions represented the tenant. Robert Dube of Dube’s Commercial Inc. represented the landlord.
- GBI Partners leased 1,378 square feet of office space at the Centre Creek Plaza Building, 1812 Centre Creek Dr. Austin. The landlord was represented by Rebecca Zigterman and Matt Levin with ECR.
- Manduu leased 1,173 square feet at Vista Ridge, 2303 RR 620 South, Lakeway, TX. David Simmonds of Retail Solutions represented the tenant. Evan Deitch of Endeavor Real Estate Group represented the landlord.
- Nature’s Joint leased 1,564 square feet at 11525 Manchaca Rd. Brooks Jones and Jarred Masso of Retail Solutions represented the tenant. Mark Pustka of G&M Texas represented the landlord.
