Retail Sales Vet Buckner Joins Foresite

Michael Buckner, a first VP of investment sales at Marcus & Millichap, has moved to Foresite Commercial Real Estate after 16 years of working in the San Antonio and Austin markets selling multi-tenant retail properties.

Buckner has completed more than $250,000,000 in sales transactions in his career and has consistently ranked as one of the top retail agents in Central Texas. He will continue to focus on the sale of shopping centers under the Foresite platform.
“I’m happy to be working at a full-service brokerage firm again and am excited about the opportunities to serve my clients in a more comprehensive manner,” aid Buckner.

Foresite president Chad Knibbe said, “Michael and I have worked together for years and I am thrilled to be working with him once again at Foresite. His client-first approach to the business mirrors our culture, and his expertise in the market is unsurpassed.”
