Retail Lineup Announced at $900M Revel MXU Project in Gwinnett

North American Properties has announced the first nine tenants at Revel, the $900 million, 118-acre mixed-use project anchored by Infinite Energy Center in Gwinnett County.

The tenant lineup will include Tex-Mex restaurant Superica, Regal Cinemas, boutique bowling bar Painted Pin, Jinya Ramen Bar, American Barber, southern eatery Secreto, The Local Expedition Wood Fired Grill, Maker’s Coffee & Wine and Honeysuckle Gelato.

Once completed, Revel will feature 300,000 square feet of curated retail, chef-driven dining and entertainment, 650,000 square feet of high-tech office space, a 340-room, 4-star hotel, 900 single and multifamily residences and 275,000 square feet of community greenspace. Revel is being developed through a public-private partnership between NAP and Gwinnett County Convention and Visitors Bureau.
