Kidder Mathews has welcomed Kelly Gaddis and Mia Ponce to the firm’s office in Bellevue, Washington. Gaddis joins as a senior vice president and Ponce as a senior associate. The team specializes in retail and hospitality properties in Greater Seattle.

Previously, Gaddis and Ponce were with NAI Puget Sound Properties. Their tenant clients have included some of the most notable names in Northwest hospitality — such as Ethan Stowell Restaurants, El Gaucho, Momiji, Tutta Bella, Ascend Hospitality Group, Forum Social House, Harry’s Fine Foods and Due’ Cucina. Their landlord clients have included Main Street Property Group, GAW Capital Partners, Da Li Development, Allegra Properties and Limantzakis Properties.

The team has a combined 40 years of first-hand restaurant and hospitality knowledge.
