Retail Expert Michelle Schierberl Joins Kidder Mathews in Irvine

The Orange County office of Kidder Mathews has welcomed a new Senior Vice President, announcing Michelle Schierberl has joined the firm, specializing in retail investment properties throughout Southern California. Schierberl has over 25 years of experience, focusing on the sale of retail shopping centers and land development projects, with transactions totaling $3 billion.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Schierberl was with Stream Realty Partners in Irvine, CA and before that she was with Colliers and Grubb & Ellis. Her clients have included JH Real Estate, Nuveen, LNR Partners and AuEnergy.

“I am very happy to be part of Kidder Mathews, where the management understands brokers and their needs while committing to provide premium service to clients,” said Schierberl. “The culture is collaborative, and the people are genuine.”
