Retail Condo Up for Sale in Borough Park

GFI Realty Services is marketing for sale 4809 & 4815 14th Ave., a 11,458-square-foot retail condominium in the Borough Park section of Brooklyn.  The asking price is $11 million.

GFI’s Ohad Babo and David Levinson will oversee the sale of the condo. The condo is comprised of four occupied units across the ground level and the cellar, including three medical offices and a daycare.

The property is situated at the base of a newly-constructed six-story elevator apartment building, completed in 2019.  It’s located within blocks of Maimonides Medical Center, and on one of the major commercial corridors in the area.

“The asset presents the opportunity to acquire a fully occupied cash-flowing retail condo on a major commercial corridor in the area,” said Babo. “The condo is leased to medical offices and a daycare, which are well-positioned to serve this densely populated area.”
