Retail Coming to Panhandle Town

Bushland, TX, due west of Amarillo, is gearing up for service-oriented retail. Specifically, developers Andrew Bobby and Brett Hall, in partnership with Tony Spohn and Nathan Bichsel, will begin work on the 39,875-square-foot Falcon Center at Prairie West, which will offer retail and office space, as well as drive-through and patio areas. Construction is expected to launch in January, with opening scheduled for fall 2018.

Billed as “Bushland’s first neighborhood service retail center,” the development at 18500 Interstate 40 is being built to serve the rapid growth of the area. Specifically, the Prairie South residential development, located just south of the project, is expected to add several hundred more homes in an already booming region.
