Trinity Boxing Club, the fitness experience created  by celebrity trainer Martin Snow, is opening a 4,500-square-foot flagship in New York City’s financial district. A Retail by Mona team including founder Brandon Singer inked the deal with Snow’s agent, Josh Berger of Norman Bobrow & Company this week.

“As a native New Yorker, Snow believes in the power and draw of downtown Manhattan and was attracted to this iconic neighborhood for its strong reputation as a global destination,” said Berger, who represents Snow exclusively. “His wildly popular concept is sure to bring renewed energy to this block.”

According to Retail by Mona, the deal represents a “one-two punch” that combines high brand visibility with a prime location proximate to major transportation hubs and popular New York destinations.

Retail by Mona says a retail renaissance is underway as special-format active lifestyle experiences are filling retail spaces around New York.

This is the second celebrity trainer lease arranged by Singer who just completed Leana Levi’s Forma Pilates NYC deal at 473 West Broadway. Singer’s team also brought Padel Haus to Williamsburg earlier this year to the niche racquet sport outpost on Kent Street will be home to courts and a restaurant.
