Retail Brokerages Maven Commercial, Goldman Join Forces

Retail leasing brokerage Maven Commercial has merged with Goldman Limited, bringing founder Nadine Whisnant on board as principal.  In merging Goldman Limited with Maven Commercial, a San Francisco-based commercial broker, Maven significantly expands its East Bay and Bay Area reach.

“We’ve worked alongside Nadine on many transactions and consistently found a natural alignment in how we approach clients and the business,” said Santino DeRose at Maven. “Nadine’s strong relationships with both well-known retailers and restaurateurs as well as with landlords perfectly complement ours and create tremendous value for our current and future clients.”

Whisnant has built her career in retail brokerage with a focus on Northern California, specializing in premier retail streets and projects across the Bay Area. Her expertise combines the creative side of retail brokerage with the financial and legal expertise required to close leasing and sales transactions, according to Maven Commercial.
