Retail Brokerage Winick Realty Rebrands as RTL
Winick Realty Group, a prominent New York City retail leasing and advisory firm, has rebranded to RTL and appointed an expanded executive leadership team. Steven E. Baker will serve as CEO and Lee Block as president. Several additional team members have assumed EVP and partner roles within the firm.
The company said the new brand represents a continued focus on the company’s core retail services, while providing room to grow, expand and bring a new perspective to the industry. “For more than 40 years, Winick has served as a pillar of New York City’s real estate community,” said Baker. “Retail will remain central to our core operations but moving forward, we’re focused on reimagining the retail landscape and deploying creative strategies to maximize value for our clients in today’s dynamic market.”
Jeff Winick founded the eponymous firm in 1982 and will continue under The Winick Team as a top broker and mentor within RTL.
