Retail at Greenwich Lane Reaches 100% Occupancy

The Rudin Family and joint venture partner Global Holdings Group have reached 100% occupancy on the retail portion of the Greenwich Lane residential complex with three new leases totaling 9,030 square feet.

Nordstrom has signed a 2,413 square-foot lease to establish a new Nordstrom Local neighborhood service hub. It doesn’t carry merchandise but offers services including online order pick-up, alterations and tailoring.

Rudin also completed a 3,117-square-foot lease for veterinary start-up Small Door Inc.’s first Manhattan location. Lastly, Rudin has signed an unnamed national retailer to approximately 3,500 square feet.

“The Greenwich Lane is truly becoming a social center of the village, and both experiential retailers and community-minded organizations are setting up shop here,” said Rudin Management SVP Michael Rudin.

Nordstrom was represented by Crown Retail Services’ Stephen Stephanou and Thibaud Veil, while Lee & Associates’ Greg Tannor negotiated for Small Door. Building ownership was represented in-house by Kevin Daly.
