Retail and Office Leases Negotiated throughout the Austin Metro
Aquila Commercial, Equitable Commercial Realty and Retail Solutions’ Austin office negotiated the following deals.
- Bella Events leased 800 square feet at Oak City Shopping Center, 6142 Hwy. 290 W. Kevin Murphy of Retail Solutions represented the landlord.
- DNA Barbershop subleased 1,358 square feet, 6719 N. Lamar. Joey Mendez of Retail Solutions represented the sublessor. Michele Gary of Endeavor represented the subtenant.
- EQ Capital Strategies LLC renewed its lease for 896 square feet at the Hills Office Park, 4611 Bee Caves Rd. Haley Smith and Hayden McCarty with ECR represented the landlord.
- Guitar Center leased 3,076 sf square feet at Lakeline Plaza, 1066 Pecan Park Blvd., Cedar Park. Dave Burggraaf and Drew Smith of Retail Solutions represented the landlord. Lilly Golden of Evergreen Commercial Realty represented the tenant.
- NobiliTea leased 963 square feet at Barton Creek Square, 2901 S. Capital of Texas Hwy. Gavin Fite of Retail Solutions represented the tenant. Jeremy Rase of Simon Property Group represented the landlord.
- RMWBH PC leased 2,788 square feet at Overlook at Barton Creek, 317 Grace Lane, Austin. The tenant was represented by David Dawkins and Tim Laine with NAI Partners. The landlord was represented by ECR’s Matt Levin and Patrick Ley.
- Trinity Title of Texas signed a 3,342-square foot lease at Spectrum at Crystal Park, 2300 Greenhill Dr., Round Rock. Brad Buckman and Max McDonald of Aquila Commercial represented the tenant. Don Dugan with Keller Williams Realty represented the landlord.
- TriggerPoint Media leased 2,553 square feet at the Overlook at Rob Roy, 6836 Bee Caves Rd. The landlord was represented by Patrick Ley with ECR, and the tenant was represented by Mark Harris and Brian Riazzi with Avison Young.
