Robinson Weeks Partners and Titan Development executed two leases with furniture retailer RH (formerly Restoration Hardware) and wholesale coffee supplier Farmer Brothers at Enterprise Industrial Park (EIP), a Class A speculative development in Schertz. The leases total more than 80,000 square feet.
Enterprise Building VI is a joint venture between Robinson Weeks and Titan Development. The facility is part of EIP, a 125-acre, master-planned industrial park.
“The strength and growing velocity we’re now seeing in the northeast San Antonio industrial market aligns with the forecast Robinson Weeks made when we identified land sites and began planning this project back in 2010,” said Forrest Robinson, chairman of the board and co-founder at Robinson Weeks.
RH will occupy approximately 62,000 square feet at Enterprise Building VI, which delivered in October. John Colglazier with Colglazier Properties represented the owners. JLL’s Kyle Mueller represented RH.
