Restaurants Take 16,000-SF Across from Rockefeller Center
Two new restaurants will fill the giant, three-level, 16,000-square-foot space left behind by a City Sports location at 64 W. 48th St., across the street from Rockefeller Center in Midtown Manhattan.
“We quickly realized that dividing this space would be the best option to not only achieve the best rent, but to also provide a great amenity for the building as well as the neighborhood,” said Jeffrey D. Roseman for NKF, who with Nevin Danziger and Mark Utreras represented owner Muss Development. “There was a tremendous need for moderately priced, sit-down dining options in this area.”
The noodle brasserie Tsuru Ton Ton was represented by Howard Gilbert, formerly of NKF, while craft beer and pub fare restaurant Judge Roy Bean Public House was represented by Norman Bobrow and Robert McCormick of Norman Bobrow & Co, Inc.
