Restaurants Flower Child and North Italia plan to open second Austin locations inside a 500,436-square-foot building currently undergoing redevelopment in downtown Austin.

The project, a development of Trammell Crow Company and Principal, is being leased by CBRE. The 500 W. 2nd St. location is part of the larger Greenwater Treament Plant Redevelopment, of which the City of Austin states Trammell Crow Company will develop 1.7 million square feet of mixed-use space.

Flower Child, a health-centric eatery, and North Italia, an Italian hot spot, are part of Arizona-based Fox Restaurant Concepts.
