Restaurant Supply Company Inks 214K-SF Deal

Ace Mart Restaurant Supply leased a 214,536-square-foot warehouse at 9850 Doerr Lane in Schertz, TX, a northeast suburb of San Antonio. The San Antonio-based restaurant supply servicing company is planning to use the facility as a distribution center for its 14 Texas retail stores.

“The warehouse was delivered to the market in March (2017) and checked all of the boxes for Ace Mart’s centralized distribution center, including cross-dock configuration, access to Interstate 35 and proximity to its headquarters,” said Joshua Aguilar with CBRE. Aguilara and Jordan Walker with HPI represented HPI, which acquired the building in May 2017. Rob Burlingame and Greg Pierce of CBRE represented Ace Mart.

Aguilar noted that demand continues for large, bulk warehouse space in the San Antonio metro, due to its central location and access to north-south/east-west infrastructure.
