Restaurant Fills Out Suburban Retail Center
A young restaurant chain signed a lease for 1,900 square feet at Aldrich Plaza in Howell, NJ.
Bubbakoo’s Burritos, a made-to-order burrito chain, got its start in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ, in 2008. “We were able to provide Bubbakoo’s Burritos with a location that offers exceptional visibility, signage and presence,” said Kyle Farley, leasing representative for Levin Management Corporation (LMC), the owner of Aldrich Plaza.
Bubbakoo’s new neighbors at the 99,000-square-foot property include Bed, Bath & Beyond, Retro Fitness, and a Subway sandwich shop. The property is now close to full. Availabilities include a 3,600-square-foot space, a 7,800-square-foot space, and a 10,000-square-foot proposed pad site.
