Jack Resnick & Sons has secured two new relocation agreements totaling 92,038 square feet at One Seaport Plaza, its 35-story office tower located at 199 Water St. in Lower Manhattan. Fintech firm Arch, Inc., currently located at 111 E. 18th St. in Gramercy Park, signed a 73,581-square-foot lease encompassing two floors. In addition, law firm Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll PLLC signed on for 18,457 square feet in a relocation from 88 Pine St.

With these two agreements, Resnick has now secured more than 220,000 square feet of transactions at its 1.1 million-square-foot Downtown tower in 2025. “Leasing continues to accelerate throughout our portfolio and citywide, a clear signal of New York City’s renewed strength in the office sector,” said Jonathan Resnick, president of Jack Resnick & Sons.

Jack Resnick & Sons was represented by an in-house team of Brett Greenberg and Adam Rappaport, and by John Cefaly, Ethan Silverstein, Stephen Bellwood and Rachel Rosenfeld of Cushman & Wakefield.
