Resnick Secures 117K SF of Office, Retail Leases at 250 Hudson St.
Jack Resnick & Sons secured 119,000 square feet of new office and retail leases at 250 Hudson St., bringing occupancy at the Hudson Square office tower to 99%. Four of the six new transactions encompass full office floors, each totaling approximately 27,780 square feet: marketing agency Croud International, production company Pro Media, construction permitting firm Greenlite and Galareana Holdings.
Additionally, MBH Architects relocated from 50 Hudson St. and signed a six-year lease for 5,529 square feet. On the retail front, luxury wellness studio Body Observability will open its first location at 250 Hudson St. in a 2,314-square-foot retail space under a five-year lease
“These new tenants represent a wide range of industries and reflect the broad appeal both of this building and Hudson Square,” said Jonathan Resnick, president of Jack Resnick & Sons. “Since the 1960s, we have seen this neighborhood go from a printing and publishing district to a home for the City’s leading TAMI tenants, and today it remains a premier destination for New York City’s prominent growth industries.”
