Resnick Names Wayne Taub to Newly-Created Operations Role

Jack Resnick & Sons recently appointed Wayne Taub as executive managing director of operations.  In this newly-created position, Taub will supervise operations across Resnick’s office, retail and residential portfolio and will manage corporate office processes, including IT, technology, finance, insurance and energy management efforts.

Taub was selected for the role following a six-month executive search. Previously, Taub served for more than a decade as VP and global head of strategic planning and transactions for WarnerMedia. Before that, he was senior managing director of global corporate services at CBRE.

“We are thrilled to welcome Wayne to the Jack Resnick & Sons family and look forward to his joining and collaborating with our existing team of best in class real estate professionals,” said Jonathan Resnick, president of Jack Resnick & Sons. “Wayne is a true New York real estate professional and brings incredible depth and experience to this new position.”
