Wood Partners building mixed use project in Old Town Scottsdale

Residential, Retail Project Proposed for Old Town Scottsdale

Wood Partners is proposing a new retail and residential mixed-use development in Old Town Scottsdale. The project, at Goldwater Blvd. and Indian School Road, will include 232 luxury residential units and approximately 32,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space. The proposed residential unit mix calls for 26 studios, 116 one-bedroom, 83 two-bedroom and seven three-bedroom units.

AZBEX reports that existing buildings on site will be demolished, and utilities will be relocated to the perimeter of the property.

Parking is planned at 105 retail spaces and 407 residential spaces, all of which will be in a parking garage.

Wood Partners is the project owner. The design firm is Nelsen Partners.

No date has been set last to when the proposal will go before the Scottsdale Development Review Board.
