Residential Design Group Signs Frederick Warehouse Lease

Residential design firm Builders Design has signed a lease for 15,641 square feet at Arcadia Business Park in Frederick, Maryland. The residential design firm plans to open the new location in the fall. The space will cater to interior design consultation for residential homebuilders, commercial real estate owners, and the hospitality industry.  

Located at 4754 Arcadia Drive, Arcadia Business Park offers flexible space options and access to highways, including Interstates 270 and 70. The business community currently features four single-story flex/R&D buildings totaling approximately 160,000 square feet of space, in addition to two high-bay warehouse buildings comprising 240,000 square feet of space.  

Danny Foit of St. John Properties represented the landlord. Lance Schwarz and Brady Thompson of NAI Michael represented Builders Design.
