Residential Community in Metro Austin to Transform 30-Acre Land Site

A 30-acre parcel in Pflugerville soon will be developed into a new residential community. The site was recently acquired by LIV Development.

“We are extremely excited about The Livano Pflugerville and all of the growth in the surrounding submarket,” said Andrew Murray, LIV’s managing director of development. “The layout of the site allows for a traditional neighborhood feel with a variety of different housing options and amenity spaces that will give residents a truly unique living experience.”

Located off State Highway 30 and E. Pecan St., the site is a prime development location positioned in this expanding North Austin suburb.

Ben Fuller and John Carr of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Austin-Pecan Ventures LLC, in the transaction. “The area in which this land site is situated continues to capture major employers while also servicing vendors and suppliers,” said Fuller. “There is also a large amount of speculative flex and industrial space being developed that is encouraging for the residential units that LIV Development plans to bring to Pflugerville. The design and quality of construction will provide future tenants a class-A living opportunity in this booming submarket.”
