Residences Now Selling at Landsea’s Fontana Development

Homebuilder Landsea Homes has begun selling residences at Narra Hills, a new gated master-planned community in Fontana, CA. The development will ultimately consist of 489 single-family homes, cluster homes and townhomes spread across a 100 acre site backed-up to the San Bernardino National Forest.

“We’re very excited to launch sales for new High Performance Homes at Narra Hills, our first master-planned community in Fontana,” said Landsea’s Patrick Higgins. “The homes reflect innovative design and floorplans, built-in technology and flexible space options made to fit different buyer lifestyles.”

Homes are selling in two neighborhoods: Strata, two-story homes ranging from 2,099 to 2,552 square feet, and Wildstar, single-family homes ranging from 2,747 to 3,079 square feet. Prices start in the low $600k’s.

Recreation amenities at Narra Hills include a pool, clubhouse, playgrounds, fire pit lounge and BBQ area. The park areas include pickleball courts, picnic pavilions and a dog park.
