Residence Inn Fort Lauderdale Pompano Beach Trades for $44M

The Impulsive Group has acquired the Residence Inn by Marriott Fort Lauderdale Pompano Beach/Oceanfront, a 106-room luxury hotel in Fort Lauderdale for $44 million. The seller was undisclosed.

Located at 1350 North Ocean Blvd., the 88-room hotel includes two swimming pools, an on-site restaurant and 2,500 square feet of conference space as well as a 20,000-square-foot fitness and spa facility. In late 2018, Impulsive purchased the nearby Sands Harbor Resort and Marina in Pompano Beach for $20.8 million.

“Our Pompano Beach purchase builds on the continued success of our other properties with a formula that identifies prime locations in New York and Florida, markets that insist on value without sacrificing amenities, and personal service that sets a high standard for the hospitality industry,” said Brandon Freid, COO at Impulsive Group.
