Research Firm Relocates to Carnegie Hall Tower

Melius Research has signed a long-term 6,000 square-foot lease for a brand new pre-built suite on the 6th floor at TF Cornerstone’s Carnegie Hall Tower, 152 W. 57th St. The firm is relocating from its 142 W. 57th St. WeWork space for a private environment within the Class A Midtown property.

Newmark was the sole broker on the transaction. Executive managing director Matt Leon and associate director Andrew Margolin represented the landlord. The tenant was represented by executive managing director Brad Needleman and associate director Justin Pollner.

The 550,000-square-foot Carnegie Hall Tower was built in 1991. TF Cornerstone, which most recently refinanced the property in 2017 for $325 million, recently launched a pre-built program at the 60-story tower.

Founded in 2017, New York City-based Melius Research is an independent equity research boutique focused on the industrials sector.
