Repurposed 167K-SF “Urban Industrial” Revealed

Winkler Development and Watumull Properties Corp. unveiled plans for The Hopper, a repurposed industrial campus totaling 167,000 square feet, on 5.3 acres in Portland, OR. The project at 2000 N.W. Wilson, in the city’s northwest district, is anticipated to deliver in Q3 2017. Cushman & Wakefield’s Portland office, led by Brad Carnese along with Aaron Watt and Mark Carnese, is marketing the project on behalf of Winkler-Watumull.

The Hopper formally housed Cenveo’s printing plant, which was developed in phases from the 1960s-1980s. Configurations mean that the development can be used as a single-user headquarters campus, or a multi-tenant facility that can house up to three tenants. The property is zoned G1 (General Industrial) by the city of Portland, meaning it can support a variety of industrial and supporting office uses.
