Republic Capital Inks Space at Rockefeller Center

Republic Capital has signed a headquarters lease at 50 Rockefeller Plaza.

The investment bank is moving its 11-person team to its new 2,800-square-foot, 12th-floor office in the third quarter of 2023. “We experienced significant growth during 2022, a year during which Republic Capital was the most active investment bank in its industry for wealth management,” said John Langston, managing partner of Republic Capital. “We decided to look for new office space that would allow us to better support our valued clients in an environment consistent with our profile in the market. Although we had multiple cities to choose from, we determined early on that the firm would commit to New York City for its headquarters location.”

Lauren Davidson at Transwestern represented Republic Capital Group in the lease, while Tishman Speyer provided in-house representation.
