Republic Breaks Ground on Waldorf Park Retail Project in Metro DC

The Republic Family of Companies has broken ground on Waldorf Park, a new retail development in Waldorf, MD. The center is slated to open to the public in the first half of 2021.

Mid-Atlantic commercial real estate brokerage firm KLNB has been tapped to lease the project. Tenants signing leases at Waldorf Park so far include Starbucks, Chick-fil-A and Jersey Mike’s. Dimitri Georgelakos and Bob Morris of KLNB represented Chick-fil-A and Michael Ginsburg of KLNB represented Jersey Mike’s in the lease transactions.

“Waldorf Park is an excellent opportunity for retailers looking for brand-new space in a busy corridor,” said Ryan Minnehan, principal at KLNB. “All parties involved are confident this new project will bring attractive and desirable retail services to the Charles County community.”
