Repositioned Northern NJ Industrial Reaches Full Occupancy

Cushman & Wakefield has repositioned 25 Commerce Rd., a 103,008-square-foot industrial building in Fairfield, NJ, resulting in a fully leased property, with new leasing activity totaling approximately 64,303 square feet through five new leases and one renewal.

The assignment was led by Torsten Thaler and Tom Tucci, both key members of Charles Fern’s industrial team at Cushman & Wakefield, who advised and represented the landlord, Venture One, in the repositioning and leasing efforts.

“Our team’s strategic repositioning of 25 Commerce Rd. has transformed it from a property with significant upcoming vacancies to a fully leased asset,” said Thaler. “This success underscores our ability to provide creative end-to-end solutions for our clients. We secured long-term leases and demonstrated the high demand for shallow bay industrial space with dock-high loading in the Fairfield market.”

25 Commerce Rd. offers immediate access to major transportation routes in Northern New Jersey, including Route 46, Route 23 and Interstate 80.
