REOC San Antonio Negotiates Office and Retail Leases

REOC San Antonio recently negotiated the following office and retail leases in the San Antonio metro:

• Compass Bank-Centerview extended its 4,368-square-foot office lease at 4625 Centerview Dr., owned by the Law Office of David Arata Esq. Brian D. Harris with REOC represented the tenant.

• Blackbrush Oil & Gas LP leased 3,120 square feet at La Arcata Office Building, 18615 Tuscany Stone. REOC’s Brian D. Harris, Todd A. Gold and Kimberly S. Gatley represented the landlord, La Arcata Office Ltd. Albert McNeel and Paul Barker with Endura Advisory Group represented the tenant.

• Pier 1 Imports extended its 9,000-square-foot retail lease at 7080 San Pedro Ave. Brian D. Harris with REOC represented the tenant in brokering the deal with landlord Ruiz William Street Ventures LLC.

• Key Title extended its 3,396-square-foot office lease at the Plaza Las Campanas, 1826 N. Loop 1604 W. Brian D. Harris, Todd A. Gold and Kimberly S. Gatley with REOC represented the landlord, L&R Huebner.
