REOC San Antonio Negotiates Leases, Sales

Brokers from REOC recently closed on the following transactions throughout the San Antonio area:

• Ashton Woods Homes sold 28,800 square feet of land, totaling four lots, at The Preserve at Singing Hills, Harmony Hills and Singing Creek. Todd Gold and Kimberly Gatley with REOC San Antonio represented the seller. Keith Fahey with Rhapsody Realty Services represented the buyer.
• Doghouse Bar and Grill leased 2,741 square feet at Galleria Oaks, 16111 San Pedro Ave. Cynthia Ellison with REOC San Antonio represented the tenant. Hans G. Rohl, also with REOC San Antonio, represented the landlord, BW Galleria LLC.
• 9Round Kickboxing Fitness leased 1,300 square feet at Biltmore on the Corner, 5522 Lone Star Pkwy. C. Michael Morse with REOC San Antonio represented the tenant. Joe Aycock with Birnbaum Property Co. represented the landlord, Peregrine Lone Star Holdings LLC.
• JB 3406 SW Military bought 28,793 square feet of land at Loop 1604 and Lower Seguin Road. Sean Regan with Syncore Medical Realty represented the seller, O’Neill and Associates PSP. Blake M. Bonner with REOC San Antonio represented the buyer.
• Mallorca Salon Studios LLC leased 4,995 square feet at Pleasanton Road Shopping Center, 2602 Pleasanton Rd. Cynthia Ellison with REOC San Antonio represented the tenant in its negotiations with landlord Pleasanton Road Ltd.
• Moon H. Inc. leased 10,750 square feet at Olmos Park Paint and Body, 126 Clarence St. C. Michael Morse with REOC San Antonio represented the tenant. Monica Tillman with Lockwood Realty Group represented the landlord, Javier and John Anthony Acosta.
