As long as interest rates are on the rise, the home rental business will continue to thrive. One of the nation’s largest “home renters” is Invitation Homes. The company is set to begin work on its new 50,000-square-foot office space at Lincoln Centre in Dallas later this month.  

The estimated $8 million renovations on the entire 6th floor and part of the 7th floor are expected to be completed in March 2024.  

The Dallas Business Journal reports the multi-building office campus, owned by TIAA’s Nuveen, spans a total of 1.6 million square feet and provides direct access to I-635 and the Dallas North Tollway.

On its website, the company touts, “Invitation Homes offers nearly 80,000 updated homes for lease in neighborhoods all across the nation – with proximity to jobs and good schools. We continue to innovate with smart home technology, an industry-leading maintenance app, and other forward-thinking programs that simplify your lifestyle.”
