Renowned Architect T.J. Gottesdiener Joins the Georgetown Company 

The Georgetown Company, a developer and owner of commercial, retail, and mixed-use properties nationwide, has announced that renowned architect T.J. Gottesdiener has joined the company as a senior advisor. Gottesdiener has a proven track record of leading some of the highest-profile projects in New York City, including One World Trade Center and Time Warner Center. He has also overseen the renovations of the Lever House and the headquarters of companies such as Disney and Citi. 

“Adam Flatto and I have been friends and colleagues for many years and I am thrilled to join The Georgetown Company to assist with the development of world-class properties and act as a mentor to the firm’s evolving industry leaders,” said Gottesdiener. 

In his new role, Gottesdiener will advise on the development of existing projects and the acquisition of new sites and properties across the country, providing counsel across portfolio management, business development, zoning and jurisdictional processes, and more. (Photo Credit: Lucas Blair Simpson)
