Renovations Revealed at Shorecrest Towers in Brighton Beach

Cammeby’s International unveiled their renovations at the new Shorecrest Towers at Trump Village, a high-rise tower with a view of the ocean in Brooklyn’s Brighton Beach neighborhood.

“We’ve introduced a new level of luxury living in South Brooklyn,” stated Gregg Kravchuck, senior property manager for Shorecrest Towers.

Built in 1964, the 23-story towers at 2940 & 3000 Ocean Parkway received a new lobby, fitness center, and resident lounge (pictured). The 441 apartments have been redesigned by Andres Escobar. Availabilities include a one-bedroom apartment renting for $1,925 a month.

The renovated towers are part of Cammeby’s vision Neptune/Sixth project, which includes a free-standing office and retail building at 626 Sheepshead Bay Rd. scheduled to be completed by year’s end, as well as 532 Neptune Ave., a mixed-use retail and luxury rental apartment building, for which work has also commenced.
