Renovation of Former Perris Spectrum Walmart Nears Completion
Progressive Real Estate Partners has announced the opening of several new retailers in the former Walmart space at the Perris Spectrum retail center. The building was renovated and subdivided in 2015 after Walmart left, and is now home to Fitness 19, Harbor Freight Tools and WSS Footwear.
Progressive Real Estate Partners’ Senior VP Paul Galmarini has represented the landlord in the lease-up. “We’re excited to welcome these new stores to Perris Spectrum. With the openings of the three new tenants, we have almost completed the re-tenanting of the Walmart store bringing new energy to the center and helping drive additional traffic to the property,” said Galmarini.
Located in a high growth area, Perris Spectrum is situated at the busy intersection of North Perris Boulevard and Orange Avenue. The center features plenty of parking and is also home to Wells Fargo, Sprint, Taco Bell and a variety of other shops and services.
