Renovation Nearly Complete for 9 Polito

Alexander Property Holdings has nearly completed a multi-million-dollar renovation of 9 Polito Ave. in Lyndhurst, NJ, which it purchased in 2015.

Formerly known as Copper Ridge Center, the 30-year-old, 271,000-square-foot building now offers lifestyle improvements from a childcare center to a full service cafe. “In essence, 9 Polito is a brand-new building with an amenities package befitting new office construction,” said Curtis Foster, executive managing director for Cushman & Wakefield, recently named exclusive leasing and managing agent.

Space availabilities range from 5,000 to 8,000 square feet.
