Renovation for 1.1M-SF Towers

The Monian Group will start construction by the third quarter 2017 on a giant renovation of the 1.1 million square feet of office space at its two towers at 500 and 512 Seventh Ave. in Manhattan.

“This property is located in a neighborhood bordering one of the hottest office markets in the country,” said Bruce Mosler, chairman of global brokerage of Cushman & Wakefield, exclusive agent for the two towers.

Availabilities at the soon-to-be-renovated towers total 400,000 square feet. “Given the wide floorplates, capital improvements, and design flexibility, we are able to accommodate single-floor or large block users across a diverse range of business sectors,” said Mosler.
