A recent renovation is helping fill empty office space at 400 Plaza Dr., a 260,000-square-foot complex in Harmon Meadow in Secaucus, NJ. The property is now 85% occupied, up 80% from when Success Management bought the property in 2015.

Upgrades improved the property’s lobby, mechanical systems, security, along with a new barista-style cafe and new building WiFi Internet.

“This is the first significant upgrade at 400 Plaza Dr. in three decades,” said Curtis Foster for Cushman & Wakefield. “The commitment ownership has made is generating a lot of enthusiasm and interest among existing and potential tenants.”
