Renovation for Boutique Offices in Rye, NY
The new owner of 411 Theodore Fremd Ave. in Rye, NY is planning a renovation that will “attract the finest businesses in Westchester by providing elegant and functional “Madison Avenue-like office space,” said Matthew Kiamie.
He hired Antinozzi & Associates as the lead architect for the renovation of the three-story, 118,129-square-foot, boutique, office property. Construction at the building, now known as Kiamie 411, will start in the second quarter.
“There is no other building in the market this size that boasts an amenity package as comprehensive as what the ownership offers,” said Michael McCall of CBRE, exclusive leasing agent for the property.
