Renovated Galleria Office Tower I Attracts Two Tenants

BKD and Lucas Associates inked deals for a total of nearly 44,000 square feet at the 493,456-square-foot Galleria Office Tower I at 2700 Post Oak Blvd. in Houston. CPA firm BKD took down 29,690 square feet, while executive recruiting company Lucas Associates will lease 14,174 square feet. Building owners Azrieli Group and Unilev Capital Corp. renovated the property, which is now 85% occupied.

CBRE’s Lucian Bukowski and Nicholas Brockhorn represented BKD, while Bill Boyer and Collin Grimes, also with CBRE, negotiated on behalf of Lucas Associates. Brad Beasley and Win Haggard of Colvill Office Properties represented the landlord.

“The trend in the marketplace to renovate and rejuvenate has really paid off for Galleria Office Tower I,” Colvill Office Properties’ Chip Colvill said.
