Renovated Chapel Hill Landmark Lands First Tenant

The first tenant has signed a lease for 50,000 square feet of office space at The Parkline, located at 1830 Fordham Blvd. in Chapel Hill, NC. The unidentified tenant will occupy most of the first floor, and plans to move into the recently renovated building in late 2020.

The Parkline, known for its rhomboid shape, is strategically positioned between Chapel Hill and Durham, along U.S. Highways 15/501. “The Parkline is off to a great start just two months after finishing a complete core and shell renovation,” said Jamie Applequist, chief administrative officer at State Employees’ Credit Union (SECU).

He added, “This building is a fantastic opportunity for tenants to create a bright, airy, wellness-focused environment for their employees at a convenient location in the Triangle area.”

John MacDonell and Ashley Lewis of JLL’s Raleigh office represented SECU in the transaction.
