Renewable Biofuels Signs Lease for New HQ
Renewable Biofuels has leased more than 7,000 square feet of Houston office space for its new headquarters. The company will settle into the 2015-built San Felipe Place building at 2229 San Felipe, near the River Oaks area.
Ziegler Cooper Architects designed the 167,000-square-foot, 17-story Hines-owned building. It features an interior café, onsite banking access and eight levels of dedicated parking.
Colvill Office Properties’ Brad Beasley and Clark Thompson represented Hines, while Cushman & Wakefield’s Angus Hughes represented Renewable Biofuels.
