Rendina Commences 120K-SF MOB in Tennessee
Jupiter, FL-based Rendina Healthcare Real Estate broke ground on a 120,000-square-foot medical office building for Campbell Clinic in Germantown, TN. The four-story complex is located on Wolf River Boulevard., adjacent to Campbell Clinic’s existing 60,000-square-foot orthopaedics building, which will be renovated.
The new facility will assist Campbell Clinic in implementing an ambitious growth strategy, as well as alleviate pressure on its existing Germantown surgery center that is currently operating at capacity.
Rendina’s Steve Barry says, “Once this new facility is complete, it will be part of a comprehensive campus where patients will have all the resources necessary to diagnose, treat, rehabilitate and learn how to prevent future injuries.”
The new facility will include an ambulatory surgery center with eight operating rooms, an outpatient orthopedic clinical space, and an expanded physical therapy and sports performance area.
