Renaissance Hotel OK’d for Silver Lake Crossings

The most recent Grapevine City Council joint meeting with the Texas city’s Planning and Zoning Commission approved a 300-4oom, nine-story Renaissance Hotel for the 52-acre Silver Lake Crossings. The project’s developer Newcrest indicated a Q3 2017 groundbreaking, with completion scheduled by 2019.

The hotel will be built on Bass Pro Drive, on land across the road from a completed Townplace Suites and Courtyard Marriot and a planned Hilton Garden Inn. The Renaissance will offer 20,000 square feet of conference space, an on-site restaurant and a swimming pool.

Silver Lake Crossings, along SH 26 in Grapevine, is a mixed-use development that will offer retail, restaurants, hotels and residential space.
