Urban Renaissance Group, BGO Finish Renovations on Downtown Seattle Building

Urban Renaissance Group LLC and BGO have completed extensive renovations to the 20-story Plaza 600 commercial office and retail building in downtown Seattle.

Enhancements to the 214,319 square foot Class A office asset focus on the building’s main lobby, amenity spaces, and tenant-accessible spaces, including new ground-floor bike storage featuring self-contained shower facilities. The complete transformation of the Plaza 600 experience has significantly activated the building’s street-level presence and ground floor.

“URG and BGO are focused on delivering best-in-class building experiences that align with the evolving needs of tenants. Now is the time to invest in building improvements to deliver high quality amenities and experiences that workers and tenants are looking for,” said URG Founder and Chief Executive Officer Pat Callahan. “The improvements at Plaza 600 will appeal to all tenant types by creating an enhanced hospitality experience and contributing to a greater sense of community and activation.”
