Remedy Medical Properties, Kayne Anderson Break Ground on MOBs

Chicago-based healthcare real estate developer Remedy Medical Properties, Kayne Anderson Real Estate and UCHealth recently broke ground on two new medical office buildings in the Denver area.

In addition to Remedy, the other members of the project team are Davis Partnership Architects, civil engineer Kimley-Horn and general contractor Howell Construction.

“Remedy Medical Properties is pleased to partner with UCHealth on these important new facilities that will greatly expand vital healthcare services in two of metro Denver’s fastest growing communities,” said Remedy Founder Peter Westmeyer.

The two new properties include the Highlands Ranch Pavilion 2, a four-story, 119,000-square-foot medical office building situated to provide maximum flexibility for future expansion, including multiple levels that align with the main hospital.

The second facility, an approximately 12,000-square-foot medical office building, is located at 5589 N. Argonne Street in the northeast Denver neighborhood of Gateway-Green Valley Ranch, a master-planned community just minutes from Denver International Airport.
