REM Acquisitions Wakes Up to $58M Purchase of Stockbridge Community

REM Acquisitions has completed its $58.2-million, off-market buy of Avenue 33 Apartments on Mount Zion Road in Stockbridge, GA.

Chandler Brown, Taylor Brown, Cory Caroline Sams, and Walter Miller of GREA managed the transaction on behalf of seller Peak Capital Partners.

Avenue 33 Apartments is garden-style multifamily that was constructed in 1999. The asset features 284 units with one-, two-, and three-bedroom floorplans with a clubhouse, resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, resident business center, dog park and outdoor grilling stations.
